Learn key aspects of sequencing, alignment, anatomy and physiology as well as delving into the depths of yogic philosophy. Accredited with Yoga Alliance, the Balance Yoga Glebe Teacher Training is led by Kylie Hennessy, senior yogini with over 20 years experience in the yoga industry.

Yoga Mat

Due to Covid-19 new regulations, it is essential to bring your own mat.

However, if you don’t have one they are available to purchase at the Studio ($25) or we have some available for you to.

Clothing that allows you to move

You are welcome to wear what you feel comfortable exercising in.  Don’t forget though there will be stretches and bends that require freedom of movement.

Water

Bring your own water to class. We will not have hydration facilities at the moment with Covid-19 restrictions in place.
