LEVEL 1 (TOTAL 200 HOURS)

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING – PART TIME

Deepen your practice in this experiential course. This weekend based training includes two Friday’s and meets every second weekend for an inner city yoga retreat experience to enrich, energise and enlighten you!

 Learn key aspects of sequencing, alignment, anatomy and physiology as well as delving into the depths of yogic philosophy and body/mind science. Accredited with Yoga Alliance, runs multiple times per year, payment plans and early bird specials available.

Prerequisites

Not sure if you want to teach but love yoga? Many Yogis and Yoginis enjoy this course to deeply enrich their own personal practice journey. Learning the philosophy and enjoying our urban retreat style of training this is a transformational course on every level.

A minimum of 6 months personal practice is the only requirement for this course.

This provides a platform from which to begin the journey as a qualified Yoga Teacher and share your passion for yoga with others if you desire. You can join appropriate associations and apply for professional indemnity insurance upon certification with us.

Prenatal Yoga Balance Yoga Glebe

PRE & POST-NATAL TEACHER TRAINING

 

This training is available to pregnant women, women planning pregnancy, movement therapists, yoga teachers or anyone interested in or working with pregnant and postnatal women.

Yoga Teachers who are wanting to learn to teach a safe and balanced class to prenatal and post-natal clients, this will provide you with the qualification to do so when you also complete the online learning module and assessments (approx 15 hrs).

This is a dive into the feminine to embrace the many aspects of the Goddess including intuition, surrender, inner strength and the wisdom of the cycles.

Prerequisites

This course is open to anyone interested in learning pre and postnatal yoga techniques and theory.

For those wanting to become qualified to teach pre and post natal yoga you must have a foundation level yoga training prior to this training.

RESTORATIVE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

 

Learn some science, tips and tricks for the art of relaxation and restorative yoga.  You will learn the body/mind science of trauma and recovery including Polyvagal Theory and 5 element theory for recovery. You will learn about recovery through the lens of the yogic sutras, yogic maps and learn practices to activate healing and empower you students. You will develop your own sensitivity and ability to teach from the heart which is essential to helping people heal.

Prerequisites

This course is open to anyone interested in learning restorative yoga techniques and theory.

For those wishes to become qualified to teach restorative yoga you must have a completed a foundational level Yoga Teacher Training prior to this training.
